A Good Heart is the second episode of the first season of The Oddbods Show.
Synopsis
Newt is horrified by Zee's physical condition and ventures to make him fit and healthy again, whether he likes it or not. Will she succeed in making the most exercise-shy of the Oddbods into a fit individual or will Zee's creative ability to avoid all extertions at any costs win out?
Plot
The episode starts from Newt coming out from her house freshly to start her workout to stay fit. She sees her watch which has a heart and shows 100% active. But she stumbles upon an ice cream truck, which was Pogo's and Zee following the truck to get ice cream. Zee looked so tired and tries to rest. But then Pogo pops out of the window and shows him an ice cream and Zee starts to follow once again, but this time, Pogo accelerates and gets out of Oddsville so fast. Then Zee collapses on the road and Newt, seeing all these runs to rescue Zee. When Zee wakes on the road, he imagines and sees Newt as a giant pink ice cream and starts to lick her. Then Newt pushes Zee away and then Zee once again collapses in the road. Then Newt removes her watch and fits it on Zee's hand and it shows 0%. This disappoints Newt and makes her think of making Zee fit.
Zee wakes up in his bed in his bedroom and he sees Newt, who is making a broccoli juice for him. Newt tells to drink it while Zee refuses to. Then Newt shows a milkshake ice cream and Zee closes his eyes asking to pour it in his mouth but then Newt grabs the broccoli juice and pours it into Zee's mouth. Zee shouts due to the bitter taste but Newt doesn't care and takes him outside. Then Newt shows how her watch shows 100% and ties a watch to Zee and asks Zee to do workout. Then both of them are running but Newt is running whereas Zee is just pretending to run as he is actually standing on an one wheeler. Unfortunately, Newt thinks that Zee is running due to the fence inbetween them blocking the view of the one wheeler. Then they both get inside Zee's house and Newt suggests Zee to punch the punching bag, Newt leaves the house and hears punching sounds and smiles but Zee actually turns on his TV and puts a boxing match. Then Newt is lifting a dumbbell while Zee was lifting a giant dumbbell but the dumbbell Zee is lifting is just actually a inflatable balloon but Newt doesn't see that and Zee quickly catches and pretend to lift and also to pretend that it was heavy. Then it gets dark and Zee is sleeping in the sofa while Newt puts her watch on him and is disappointed to see Zee having only 0%. Then the inflatable balloon dumbbell starts to float in the air and Newts sees this with a shock. Seeing this and realizing that Zee has fooled her the whole time and breaks the dumbbell with anger.
The next day, Zee wakes up in the morning and comes to know that the TV was attached to the ceiling. Seeing this, Zee gets confused and Newt explains him that if he moved the two gears in the sofa, back and forth the sofa would raise and this would lift up to let Zee watch the TV. Then Zee does so and goes up the sofa slowly. Then after reaching up, Zee leaves the gear but the sofa falls down. Newt suggests to do so and Zee does it and stays up. But he sees the credits rolling and leaves the gears and the sofa falls down and the sofa flip and Zee falls in the ground. Then Newt puts a tick on her note. Then Zee goes to the room with the fridge and becomes angry seeing the fridge connected to a cycle. Then Newt explains him how the fridge door would open if he pedeled the cycle fast enough. But this was shown off-screen. Then Zee sits on the cycle and pedals slowly. But with confident in his mind, he pedals faster until the door opened and finally, the door opens and with excitement, Zee sees inside, still sitting on the cycle he becomes disappointed when he sees only vegetables and fruits inside the fridge then some problems occur in the cycle pedal and it starts pedaling so fast and uneventually throwing Zee off the window. Newt puts a tick in her book once again. Then Zee walks to his stairs angrily and soon becomes happy seeing a giant cake on the top floor. Then he rushes to get the cake, but Newt switches on a button and the stairs start to move backwards. Zee tries his best to reach the cake but Newt fastens the stairs and the day ends. It is night time and Zee is sleeping in the bed and Newt in the sofa.
Zee wakes up and thinks and open his window. Then he puts a rope tied with bucket on an end out of the window and jumps in it and lands on the ground safely. Then he jumps over a wall and heads to Jeff's house. Then he swings on the bush in Jeff's house and throws himself, and lands on the road of the cornfield. Then he sees the watch and it shows 100%. Zee becomes happy and returns to the Oddsville. It's the next day morning and Newt wakes up and Zee shows his achievement. Then Newt becomes glad and they go running around the Oddsville. But while crossing the road, Pogo, in his ice cream truck sees him and decides to play with Zee like he did earlier. Then Pogo shows an ice cream but Zee tries to ignore and runs with Newt. But in the next round, Pogo adds another scoop and gets Zee's attention. Then Zee stops and sees the ice cream while Pogo adds another scoop and a cherry, which makes Zee so impatient and runs to the ice cream truck so fast! Then Pogo becomes so scared and accelerates and gets out of Oddsville but Zee still chases him. Pogo tries his best to lose Zee but Zee is never off the mark! But then Pogo spots a ramp in the middle of the road and tries to stop but he can't and the truck gets launched into the sky and it falls back again.Then Zee takes his opportunity and opens the door at the top and gets inside the truck. Then Pogo gets so scared seeing Zee eat all the ice cream and he accelerated to the Oddsville, but leaving Zee and a bunch of ice creams behind. Then Newt arrives and gets mad on Zee and tries to snatch the ice cream away but accidentally she also tastes the ice cream and they both eat ice creams and throw watches.

Errors
- When Zee and Newt are jogging, their headbands are missing in one shot, but they reappear when they pass by Pogo's ice cream truck.
